Universal Web Previewer
for Microsoft Outlook
How to open web links contained in the body of emails in the Microsoft Outlook preview area.
By providing MS Outlook with full web browsing capabilities (UWP literally integrates Microsoft Edge into Microsoft Outlook), UWP reduces friction: you no longer need to switch constantly between Microsoft Outlook and your web browser when reading e-mails containing web links.
For each link UWP opens in the MS Outlook preview area, the navigation context is cached (per MS Outlook session). Thus, if you navigate to another web page and/or scroll down the previewed web page and then close the previewer, when, later on, you click again on the same link, the page displayed when the previewer was closed will be redisplayed at the same scroll position.
